Home Delivery

Our Home Delivery service is a great option for Co-op members. Home delivery is available Mondays and Wednesdays in Mt. Airy, Thursdays in Chestnut Hill, and starting Jan. 9, Wednesdays in Ambler.

At our Chestnut Hill location, we offer Enhanced Service. A Weavers Way staff member will pick you up, drive you to the Chestnut Hill store and drive you home, plus help you with shopping and putting your groceries away as needed. See below for details.

Here's How Home Delivery Works

Ordering: If you have never placed an order before, please call 215-843-2350 to speak to the home delivery person or a store manager before you order. Otherwise, email orders or call the home delivery number for your preferred store:

Include your name, member number, phone number and address in addition to your grocery list. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly if you leave a voicemail! Please do not send more than two emails or two voicemails per order.

For first-time Ambler delivery customers, a manager will contact you to confirm you are eligible for this service.

Payment: Payment is made to the delivery person by check. Payment by credit cards, SNAP, EBT, EasyPay house accounts or previously purchased Weavers Way gift cards can be arranged with advance notice. Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Deadlines & Deliveries: Deliveries are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from Mt. Airy, Thursdays from Chestnut Hill, and Wednesdays from Ambler. Please leave your order no later than 6 p.m. the day before you would like a delivery. We will call you in the morning to discuss your order and arrange a drop-off time — we require a two-hour window. Please note that Amber customers must live within 8 miles of the store.

Fees: We charge $7 per delivery. On orders of $75 or over, the fee increases to 10% of the bill. For seniors and members who are part of our Food For All program ordering from our Ambler store, this fee can be waived. We ask for a minimum order of $15 per delivery.

Introducing Enhanced Service

Enhanced Service is available during regular hours at our Chestnut Hill store. To arrange a shopping trip, email or call Chestnut Hill Delivery Manager Josephine at 215-866-9150, ext. 308, or CHdelivery@weaversway.coop. Please indicate you would like Enhanced Service.

With Enhanced Service, shoppers pay at the cash register by their preferred method. The fee is the same as home delivery — $7, or 10 percent of orders over $75, with a requested minimum purchase of $15.
