Weavers Way Wellness Team Workshop: Seed Cycling for Women's Health and Fertility
Nutrition has been used in women's health for generations. Understanding the body's nutritional needs throughout the cycle is important for maintaining and regaining optimal health, well-being, and fertility. In this class, Weavers Way Wellness Team member Dr. Wendy Romig will discuss nutritional approaches for improved hormonal balance and fertility using the supercharged benefits of seeds and other hormone-supporting foods and herbs.

The Weavers Way Wellness Team is a group of nutritionists, dietitians and other wellness practitioners. The team aims to bring health and nutrition inspiration to Co-op members, providing information and resources that empower members to make desired changes in their overall well-being.
Dr. Wendy Romig, DCN, CNS, LDN, is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and Clinical Herbalist. Wendy owns Sage Integrative Health Center in Mt. Airy, where she sees a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
