The act of being fully present in each moment with kindness and without judgment is a wonderful skill to practice when you are in any situation that requires listening. In this workshop, working member Elizabeth Corea will discuss the different types of listening and listeners, along with being able to assess our own barriers to listening and offer suggestions on how to overcome them.

Elizabeth holds a BA, MA in Communication Studies and a MS in Counseling Psychology.
