There are plenty of delicious and lesser-known grains that can be great additions to a healthy diet. Come learn about the importance of whole grains and how to prepare some of these lesser-known grains from Weavers Way Neighborhood Nutrition Team member Nicole Schillinger, owner of the Functional Health Center in Ambler.
