Weavers Way Workshop: For the Love of Curry, an Indian Cooking Demo

Join us for an Indian cooking demo with Weavers Way member and fabulous Indian cook Seema Vaidyanathan. Originally a home cook trained by her mother, Seema is widely influenced by the different regional cuisines of India. Seema loves teaching the tricks of Indian cooking, and will expose your taste buds to the hidden delicacies of simple traditional south Indian cuisines of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka states.

Our Cooking and Tasting Menu will include:

Beverage: Masala Cola soda 

Protein: Chicken curry from scratch 

Vegetable: Curried roasted cauliflower and peas in yogurt dressing (Raitha)

Starch: Rice and naan/pita breads
