Weavers Way Wellness: Unwind from the Grind

In this 90-minute class, we will take it way down, come into relaxation and de-stress through breathing and restorative yoga postures. Drop into Being rather than Doing. This yoga class will be held at Blue Banyan Yoga and is offered FREE to Weavers Way Members.

This workshop will be led by Sophie Simpson, a Weavers Way working member and the owner of Mt. Airy's Blue Banyan Yoga. Sophie has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2001.
