Help make Philadelphia a greener city — learn the basics and benefits of residential storm water management. Participants will be eligible to receive a FREE rain barrel and will have the opportunity to access reduced pricing on on downspout planters, rain gardens, depaving plans and permeable pavers. This program is presented in partnership with the Philadelphia Water Department's RAIN CHECK program, managed by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society in partnership with the Sustainable Business Network.
