Weavers Way Nutrition Team Workshop: DIY Fire Tonic

Wednesday, November 13, 2019 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

It's that time of year again! Learn how to make delicious DIY Fire Tonic with everybody's favorite raw foodie, Dorothy Bauer!

Dorothy will lead a how-to workshop on making your very own hot and sweet, zesty, vinegary recipe. Fire Cider is a popular herbal folk remedy. The tasty combination of vinegar infused with herbs is an especially pleasant and easy way to boost natural health processes, stimulate digestion, and get you nice and warmed up on cold days.

Fire Cider can be taken straight by the spoonful, added to juice, or splashed in your homemade recipes. A recommended tablespoon each morning will help you warm up or ward off any sniffles (triple your spoonfuls!)

This is a FREE workshop. REGISTER HERE.

The Weavers Way Neighborhood Nutrition Team is a group of six nutritionists, dietitians and other wellness practitioners.
