Farmers markets and stands, not to mention your own backyard garden, are up and running for the season — let’s take them for a spin (pun intended)! In this workshop led by Neighborhood Nutrition Team member Dorothy Bauer, we will let what is fresh and local determine the contents of our bowl. You can count on kale and other greens, herbs, a spiralizer to make oodles of veggie noodles and a quick and easy pâté to top it off. Come lettuce entertain you!
