Lois Volta, owner of Volta Naturals, will teach you how to balance work, family, and the home, sharing tips from the trade and methods for a healthy household. Her holistic egalitarian and environmentally conscious approach focuses on spiritual reflection, partnerships, and gender equality and co-operation within the home. This workshop will also offer tips on how to maintain healthy alignment while using the body to clean. Awareness is the foundation of a sacred home.
